The Pacific County Emergency Management Agency, in cooperation with several local organizations and groups, is developing a Severe Weather Shelter Plan. This plan will be activated when certain weather conditions are forecast or occurring. We are specifically seeking individuals interested in staffing overnight warming shelters when the weather is at freezing or below for two or more days.
