Crews are preparing the Lady Washington for sailing season. The Daily World reports that crews are starting to take off the historic ships winter cover and are getting her in shape to start sailing with passengers in May. Also, during the storage, all the rigging and part of the masts are taken apart and now crews are in the process of re-assembling everything. Lady Washington’s season is set to start on May 5th with dockside tours. Public Sail dates begin on May 10th and the Lady Washington will leave for the Puget Sounds on May 23rd.
