2 Rescue Call Outs Yesterday In Ocean Shores

There were two call outs for rescues yesterday in Ocean Shores, both just minutes apart.

There were two call outs for rescues yesterday in Ocean Shores, both just minutes apart.  The first was a call about a man and woman in their 30’s who had been pulled out by a rip tide.  Officers were then told the woman had made it to shore.  By the time officers made to the site of the call, they were also advised the man was being helped to shore and did  not need medical help.  Officers then quickly respond to the second call of a man and his two teen kids and an adult relative.  A Park ranger had arrived first and was helping the four back to dry land. They were knocked down by a wave and were swept offshore.
