A 53-year-old Aberdeen man was taken to the Harbor Health Community Hospital after he was hit by a pickup while trying to walk across State Route 115 near the Quinault Beach resort. The Washington State highway patrol said the Aberdeen man was crossing the road in an area that did not have a crosswalk and was at fault in the accident.
