An Aberdeen woman was arrested this week after investigators say she set fire to home she was staying at. Fire crews were called out to a house on fire Wednesday afternoon on Baila Way. All the residents inside were able to make it out safely and when firefighters were told that a woman who lived there but was asked to move out days earlier started th fire, police were called in. The 53 year old woman initially ran from the scene. Aberdeen police say she was booked on Arson with domestic violence charges and was locked up in the county jail at last check.
