The Mother Of Missing 5-year-old Oakley Carlson of Oakville Makes Appearance At Pre-Trial Hearing Friday

Oakley’s father, Andrew Carlson pleaded guilty to the same child neglect charges and faces up to a year in prison.

While the mother of missing 5-year-old Oakley Carlson of Oakville makes an appearance at a pre-trial hearing on Friday, the father of the girl is set to be sentenced today.  Both parents charged with child neglect.  While still serious felony charges, they are unrelated to the missing 5-year-old, who has not been seen in over a year.  The mother, Jordan Bowers has pleaded not guilty to the charges. A date for her trial has not been set but her attorney must provide a witness list to the court by April 4th.  Oakley’s father, Andrew Carlson pleaded guilty to the same child neglect charges and faces up to a year in prison when sentenced today.  Both parents have ben uncooperative with police in finding their missing daughter.
