Everything is just so expensive these days and food is one of the things that truly effects us all. Some even more than others and for many families right here in Grays Harbor, the only hot meal that their kids will get will be gone once summer break hits but thanks to the Hoquiam School District, that doesn't have to be the case!
The Summer Food Service Program is a wonderful program that helps local families that are struggling and helps give kids the chance to make sure they get at least one good meal a day even during the summer months when school is out.
There are many places to go to take advantage of this program available to all kids 18 and younger.
