I don't know about you but I know I don't have the funds for a million dollar home (not even close) but sometimes it's fun to look and that's what I did this morning and while doing so, I came across this property which is WAY out of our price range but while I was curiously searching homes in and around Grays Harbor and I just happened to search for THE most expensive home in Grays Harbor and this is what popped up on Redfin.
While in King County and other areas closer to Seattle, for $1 million, you're gonna get a LOT less in fact that's about the average price for an average home which is just gross to think about but here in Grays Harbor, you can definitely get more bang for you buck, or should I say $1.2 million bucks!
It's a stunning home in Elma that features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and over 3300 sq feet of living and some land.
