City Of Aberdeen Could Help Cosmopolis

A proposed agreement between two cities would have Aberdeen staff helping to process Cosmopolis utility bills.

A proposed agreement between two cities would have Aberdeen staff helping to process Cosmopolis utility bills. An agreement to help out with staffing while Cosmopolis has a personnel shortage was approved last week by Aberdeen city council. If approved at this week’s Cosmopolis council meeting, the agreement for help would go until April 26th. Aberdeen provides water and sewer service to Cosmopolis and estimates they will need to work one to five hours per week to process utility payments. The Cosmopolis city council will vote on the proposal on Wednesday.
