Washington’s gas prices are ticking up again this week. Triple-a has the statewide average at 4-24 per gallon, up 2 cents from last week but 54-cents cheaper than a year ago. Prices in Pacific County are averaging close to the same as a week ago at 4-45 per gallon and in Grays Harbor County gas is averaging 4-41 per gallon. Seattle has the highest prices in the state this week. at 4-46 per gallon, while Clarkson comes in at the lowest prices at 3-66
