Number Of Unemployed In Grays Harbor Goes Up

Data from the Washington State Employment Security Department shows there were 125 more people out of work last month than in June.

Even though the number of people unemployed in Grays Harbor County went up in July, the county still has a record low unemployment rate. Data from the Washington State Employment Security Department shows there were 125 more people out of work last month in Grays Harbor than in June, the unemployment rate only notched up slightly to 4.6 percent. Pacific County saw more people enter the workforce and more people go on unemployment in July than June leading to a 4.7 percent unemployment rate.
