After several court delays, the biological mother of missing 6 year old Oakley Carlson is set for trial on multiple fraud charges in Grays Harbor County. This week the omnibus order was signed with Jordan Bowers viewing the proceedings through zoom from the county jail. Bowers’ trial for multiple counts of fraud against numerous individuals will start on March 21st. Although she is considered a prime suspect in the disappearance of her daughter, no charges have been filed in that case. Bowers faces up to 84 months in prison if convicted on the fraud charges.
