Two Aberdeen Events Looking For New Leadership

Karen Rowe and Tawni Andrews say they are looking to hand over the events to new individuals or organizations.

Two big events in Aberdeen need new leadership. The Aberdeen Founder’s Day and Aberdeen Art Walk have been put on by two local volunteers for the past several years and this will be the last year both will be leading the events. Karen Rowe and Tawni Andrews say they are looking to hand over the events to new individuals or organizations. They say the deadline to apply for the Aberdeen Lodging tax grant to help fund the events is October 18th.
