"Open House" For Young Street Bridge Ideas

The City of Aberdeen is inviting thew community to an open house later this month to hear your thoughts on how to best preserve the historical significance of the Young Street Bridge.

The City of Aberdeen is inviting thew community to an open house later this month to hear your thoughts on how to best preserve the historical significance of the Young Street Bridge. The city says the North Aberdeen Bridge project will explore options on how to best address the deteriorating bridge conditions that would improve access and safety for residents and visitors while also honoring the legacy of one of Aberdeen’s most famous icon: Kurt Cobain. The open house will be on March 19th at the Rotary Log Pavilion from 5-8pm and you are invited to drop in an d out throughout the event. An online survey for those who can’t make is available.
