For the first time this season, The Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife’s shellfish managers have opened Long Beach for razor clam digs beginning today. That is in addition to digs planned at Twin Harbors, Copalis, and Mocrocks beaches through the end of April. There is still a 15-clam limit, you must keep the first 15 razor clams you find and anyone 15 years old or older must have a valid fishing license. State officials are also reminding everyone about the Long Beach Razor Clam Festival coming up April 8th and 9th. Get more details about the dig dates and location and the festival through the links on our website. WDFW's razor clam webpage.
